What does an introvert-friendly world look like? In this class, I will guide you through a focused discussion about introverts and how different places around the world accommodate them. We will explore countries like Finland, Japan, and Denmark—places known for their quiet culture and introvert-friendly infrastructure. We will also discuss "introvert infrastructure" like silent trains, capsule hotels, and quiet parks. You will share your own experiences with introvert-friendly spaces in your country and discuss what your country could do better. My goal is to create a relaxed, inclusive space where we can explore personality, culture, and urban design in English!

A metaphor for the energy you have for social interaction.

The state of being healthy in body and mind.

The design and development of cities and public spaces.

To provide space or facilities for someone's needs.

Designed to include people with different needs.
