1: Your coworker makes a serious mistake and asks you to cover it up. What would you do?

2: You have two choices: admit your mistake and face the consequences, or hide it and possibly avoid trouble. What would you choose? Why?

3: You discover that you made the same mistake twice. What would you do differently next time?

4: You give someone the wrong information. How would you correct it?

5: You promise to finish a task today, but you completely forget about it. What would you tell your boss?
